The Symptoms are a lack of power and a "miss" at 35 mph that get worse if I go faster.
Checked fuel pressure at fuel rail, 0 psi KOEO 38 psi KOER. No change in pressure if vac is disconnected. Pressure drops to 0 immediately after shutting engine off.
I have a 3.0l from a 93 ranger that I have transplanted into a 89 Ranger. I have replaced all the electrics and everything seems to be working. This project was done over a 3 year period so I siphoned out as much gas as I could then added 10gallons of mid range and a can of Seafoam. I had to run the truck through a State emissions test and it passed with flying colors.
