Crankshaft oil seal replacement!

Hello,
My crank seal is leaking and I want to replace it before I tow my full 6x12 to TX from CA! I was hoping someone had a diagram of the repair. I need torque specs and the puller id#. I have a '04 4.0 4X4. Thanks
