I tested it it made 35 psi I think it's in injectors

Since you can get it to run, some Techron fuel system cleaner might help. Worth a try at least before you start taking things apart.

I ran some sea foam through it when I got the truck

Should I add an extra fuel pump like an msd one before the filter @sensornoob

It will start when cold sp that means cold start is working ill see if I have some left over sea foam/ fuel system cleaner like i said im a 12 year old but I really need the help.

Also sometimes it falls flat on its face before it revs

So there's a cold start sensor and when it's cold enough to active it adds more fuel as i was told when it's to hot to activate said sensor won't add more fuel to cold start so it won't start if it's to warm but when it's cold it will
