a shit ton of body work by the looks of it. Prolly a trans and engine work.
When they don't list mileage or condition mechanically I fully expect the worst.

I emailed the owner, heres the response:

interior needs work rust around wheel edge outside bed surface rust by ground effects yes 2.9 5 sp runs and drives needs lots of little work undercarrige is good mileage im not sure

I'm not even going to look at it. I'm not going to spend a grand on a set of ground effects!
