Coverlay Dash Pad 12-112

I think I played with the oil slick stuff when I was there with my wife once, it is neat stuff. It gets more see thru as you stretch it which I decidedly do not remember in any marvel movie.

I have pondered having an upholstery place covering mine in leather. The factory stuff is textured like it wants to be leather. Don't know if it would look decent or like an overstuffed leather couch though.
Haha, if only they could have the right kind of wardrobe malfunctions...

I thought about stitching a leather cover for this one, but I think if memory serves, it would have been something like 11 or 13 French seams and a lot of small pieces. Too much of a pain in the ass for me haha.

If you have an old conversion - years singer (models that could have an ac motor or trundle), they are ideal for this work, and will easily stitch anything up to saddle leather. Usually can pick one up for 25-75 bucks.

Cover it in fur. When my buddy wrecked his motorcycle, he covered it with Tiger skin fabric from Walmart and spray adhesive. After we laughed harder than we ever had before, we realized it wasn't that bad.

It couldn't get much before you started, so I'd call it a win
