Correct fluids for FM145 and t-case

Hey guys, I've read a bunch of different stuff on what fluids to put in my tranny and t-case. I'm doing a clutch swap this coming weekend and I'm gonna change all the fluids while I'm at it. What have you guys used in your rigs? Thanks
