i just got my truck out the shop and got it home and changed the engine oil and drained the radiator fluid and put new fluid in there. The only problem i am having now is my gauge is telling me it is getting hot. i am thinking it is my thermostat having problems but i dont know. I do know there is plenty of fluid in there and i know the water pump is working properly so the only thing i am left with is the thermostat. I also noticed that my reservoir is filling up i dont know what that means someone please let me know what this is i have to drive 3 hours tomorrow and i dont want my truck messing up on me

my truck is doing the same thing but mine keeps building up pressure and throwing water out of the reservoir and i am loosing all my antifreeze i have been trying to figure it out for over a month now and if i loosen my radiator cap then it runs cooler and better so i cant figure out either

Jam what you have is most likely normal.. Scanny you describe a head gasket leak very well..
