Coolant temp sender fitting

In regards to a 1994 Mazda B2300: Has anyone found where to get a new T-fitting for the coolant temp sender that goes in the heater hose?
Does Ford or anyone else make them? I would like to get a new one for my engine, due to extensive rust. I've looked for any reference to one for several years but never found anything.
