I like the layout and the features. but I do see this as a huge distraction from the road while driving and trying to use these features, as you have to look directly at the console to operate it and not at the road.

I wonder how much Cadillac would charge to repair that dash....

I think people would have less wrecks if cars weren't so entertaining or so comfortable. I think some people get too comfy driving and forget that they're actually in control of people's lives, not just sitting in an arm chair staring out a window.

I don't want anything like that. There are enough wrecks around are area do to stupid drivers!!!! This week...twice in two nights while my wife and I were going out to dinner and a movie, we saw three different cars with the driver and passenger watching a movie up front while either stopped at a traffic light or while driving on the road in bumber to bumber traffic. I just can't believe this CRAP!!!

I like it alot, personally. Anyone responsable SHOULDN'T be playing with that while driving but we all know there are plenty of people out there doing.

In a way, no different then using their phone, Ipods, blah blah blah...

Except for these idiots will STILL be on their phones while trying to learn how to play the music or navigation system. What ever happened to the good old caddys with chrome wheels the size of my truck's tires?

I would love to have that in my car. And probably some features will be disabled while driving, like entering a destination in the gps and such.

this is pretty cool....

just about being responsible... having playlists or the gps open, etc.....

i would def buy a different car for the money tho...
