does anyone know how, or what one would need to do to swap in a V8 in California and make it leagel? Is it possible?

has to be the same year or newer from youre vehicle,has to have all the smog from youre donor vehicle,then get ready to have a smog ref inspect it,if it passes,he will put a BAR sticker on it ,then youre good to go.

Very possible. Was just a thread down a bit where someone was looking for legal headers for use in CA. I know of one who is running a 351 in his.. Would have to look up his info.
