After reading the sticky posts about conversion of rear drums to discs, on fordrangerforum.com, there was a guy who did his conversion (with pics) using Mustang parts.
Basically, the only part you probably won't find is the anchor plate (this bolts on the rear axle where the drum backing plate bolts to the axle); I've looked around, and I seemingly can't find the anchor plate anywhere, other than from Ford (and it'll run about $200 if you order it from them.
However, the information I see that most people don't get is the vehicle to use is the '94-'04 generation Mustang.
