confused please help

yes i just recently went to the junk yard and got different leaf springs off of a different ranger i just put them on my truck tonight and now my drive shaft dont come close to going back together. I was woundering if there is any differance between a long bed tucck leaf springs and a short bed leaf spring please help

Any chance you put them in backwards? I don't believe the axle is centered on the spring.

Try pulling the driveshaft out of the trans. The yoke may have gotten pushed in.

You could always measure the springs you have.

The leafs are most likely backwards
