Hey all,
I'm a recent newbie member to TRS but purused the site some years ago and recently have been drawn back. I haven't introduced myself in the New Member Forum but will do so soon.
My imediate question concerns a programmer and code reader for a 95 3.0 Ranger. I want something a little smarter than a code reader so that I can tweak, troubleshoot, and otherwise get myself in trouble tinkering. From the tech section, I found what I wanted from Jet but it is only for 96 and up models.

I thought 95 was the transition to OBD-II and my truck is definitely OBD-II; so I am confused what is different between 95 and the 96 and up models. Do any of you know if this programmer will work with a 95 or does anyone have experience or a recomendation of what would work for me?
