i have a 1986 4x4 2.9 standard trans ranger. i cant seem to get the right part number to match mine
#E6PF-12A650-D2A-MR
I DONT CARE IF CALIFORNIA EMISSIONS OR FEDERAL EMISSIONS can i use either and my truck run fine as long as i use a ecu for 2.9 standard trans type?

You don't need to stick to an 86 either. I would look for something starting in an E8FT. Better software in those ones. Basically an 88+ computer.
