computer cause tranny issues?

well i recently installed a transgo shift kit and tranny dont slip no more it could have been that he VB gaskets were dried out well now i got a new problem go figure now the tranny will go through phases of shifting good to sluggish or the o/d light will flash but all i have to do is turn the key off turn it back on and it shifts fine possibly the computer i dont think it could be the torque converteer also another problem im havin is if you stop at a light you gotta rev it a bit than it pops kinda and will start movin maybe u joints it doesnt do it in 4x4 high or low just 2wd.

What year is it for 1?? Whats the codes since the od light flashing?

If there are codes for the tranny in the computer, sometimes it will affect the operation of the tranny.

Get the codes pulled and get back with us.

there were no codes but i never reset the memory if that makes a difference truck is a 96 4x4 4r55e now that i resest it truck seems like its got way more get up and go now i think its not getting enough gas
