I have a 87 Bronco II, its all stock. I was wondering if I could just put 3 inch blocks in the back, get new 4 inch coils in the front and new 3-4 inch shocks? Do I need anything else for this?

Your gonna need the brackets for the axle. If you don't your alignment will never be right. Thats my .02 cents :icon_cheers:

Wouldn't it be nice if all you needed was coils and lift blocks. Get a kit or piece together parts to get a even better set-up. Good luck with it

I would suggest piecing it together , I wish I would have.

Oh ok What websites or places do you suggest looking for a set-up? I am just a 16 year old looking for a cheaper way, thats why I thought I could get away with that kind of lift until I had a better job to afford something better.

im in the same boat, does anyone know if puting explorer springs on would give me any lift?

yeah like i tell everyone...

skyjacker lift springs (most others are super stiff, or do the xj springs mod!!)
steering-- extreme drop pitman arm atleast. or a modified k-link(superrunner, expensive)
brackets-- good drop brackets, skyjackers probably
extend your stock radius arms
make your own sway bar quick disconnects (or just ditch the sway bar)
use belltech knockoff shackles and/or blocks in the rear.

then odds and ends (brakelines and stuff)

its a better lift, for the price or slightly more than a skyjacker lift kit.
