Comp Cams and Power Brakes.

I am going to install a mild cut Comp Cam into my 96 4.0L. What would be the best way to keep enough vacume on my power breaks?
 
a vaccum pump which is for that reason and they use them on race cars ,check out summit or jegs
 
You could always switch to hydro-boost!:icon_welder:

No seriously, Doom is right, a vac pump is probably the best bet.

Depends on how much overlap there is in the cam. I doubt for a 4.0 V6 they have one lopey enough to require much different than a stock vacuum setup. If you need it though you should already have a check vavle installed on the way to your stock vacuum canister, you could tee off after the check valve (canister side) and add another larger canister....
 
Thanks all. I think I will start with adding a canister. I doubt the cam should do much to my vacuum but better safe then sorry.

I guess if brakes are for pussies then that makes me a...
