ok so i have seen a very cool red color on many of the 80s RBVs. the red has almost a flat appearance and i am wanting to paint my b2 with it. please let me know anything you know about the color.

If it is a sorta dark red color, my '90 Ranger was painted with it. It was a 2-tone with a dark silver accent.

I recently bought some paint to repaint the box and the color code is PPG#3936 "medium cabernet poly", a non metallic factory color. It may take a couple of days, but i can get the Ford # off the door tag of the truck........

that would be GREAT i want to buy a gallon of it and give the old b2 some paint and maybe bondo over the winter. i am throwing the idea around right now but i do still like the factory color scheme...... please PM me in the event i am a tard and forget to check this thread.
