You can try to make some. I was going to use some homemade ones but got a lift instead. There are 2 different sizes. They sell them on ebay last time I looked but they cost almost as much as leveling blocks with the extenders. You can get coupling nuts and screw on threaded rod or cut off grade 8 bolts and spot weld them.I think I had to cut the coupling nut in half because it was to long. I dont know if that is safe or not? I paid more at a bolt place for mine.
