is the 4x4 ranger coils the same as the 4x4 bronco 2 coils? the reason i asked is because the ranger comes stock with 2" lift blocks but the bronco 2 doesnt.

im not sure about ranger coils but by swapping in explorer coils should result in a inch of lift depending on the condition of the coils.

The ranger has the block to rais the rear for towing and hauling. The truck will level out as more load is added.

BroncoII's and explorers sit level....well some B2 do.

I swapped the springs from a 92 4.0 Ranger ext cab into my Bronco II and they were noticeably thicker and I gained about 1 1/2" of lift.

ok that is what i was thinking...No go on the explorer springs the ones i got are shot. The only other springs i got sitting around here right now are 2001 mustang stock front and back springs....trying to get my hands on a set of f-150 springs
