I bought a used 6" lift, and was told it's a superlift. The coils and drop brakets are yellow. Are superlifts yellow? Also the 6" coils measure 19" (but are used), my 4" bds coils measured 18.25" new. Does anybody know what the length of new 6" superlift coils are? I would think that a two inch lift differance should be more than 3/4 of a inch?

not sure, but that does sound fishy. most 4in coils run 18in iirc

Free length isn't a good indicator of lift height (if the coil has a softer spring rate, it'll be longer for a given lift height than a stiffer coil).

19" does sound in the ballpark for a majority of 6" coils though (Skyjacker's I know are that).
