I install some 2" coil spacer with my 4" rough country lift and also install spicer 6122025 camber/caster alignement bushing. And if I check on the sheet for the letter combination..it said that it alignement ± 1 3/4 degree. Will I be able to have it align with the 2" coil spacer????
thx guy

my bushings had degrees stamped on them. i dont know about the spicer ones. our allignment machine at my work tells you what degree bushing you would need. i think every truck is different though... mine were 1 3/4 and 2.

Too many variables.

The only way you can know for sure it to try it. If it won't align, then swap to smaller coil spacers (or washers instead).

at 50$+ an alignement i don't want to make two...and i want the biggest since i am going with 36's.

well what I expected happen....I went for an alignement and with the 6122025 bushing max out...my front end was 1 degree of each side on the camber...i don't know what to do.....

Negative or positive camber?

A Spicer #6122025 is a dual adjustable bushing. Most of these type bushings are adjustable to +/- 4 degrees. If you cant get it aligned with these bushings, you must have that suspension maxed the hell out...

You almost would have had to use a spring compressor to fit both the spacer and spring in together. Post a pic of the front so we can see...

im going to say you wont be able to get the positive camber back to specs, if thats what the problem is. Id recommend a 1" thick spacer max and it should align with the right bushings. This is all from experience with my rigs, tho its different with all trucks.

goto firestone and pay like 120 or so for the lifetime alingment, i do this with ALL of my trucks lol, that way i can modify the hell out of them and just have them fix it free of charge LOL

Definitely sounds like the way to go...:icon_thumby:

hick

Just FYI, I tried this and Firestone said they would not do any alignment on any modified trucks. This might be a local thing, so I was wondering if anyone else had the problem with Firestone not aligning modified trucks.
