coil over coversion on a ranger with torsion bars

i was wondering if i could swap my torsion bars with taller coil over springs. is it possible?
what size coil over springs could i use to get 4" or so?

I have the 1998 4x4 supercab. it has the 4x4 off-road package. i've already cranked down my torsion bars(i have like 1/2" more i could turn) but *I WANT MORE LIFT* but i dont want to pay 1900 bucks for a suspension lift and i dont want to do a body lift b/c i think they look stupid.

well you can swap them for a better ride but you won't get anymore lift than cranking your t-bars.

Travel is still travel. To get more lift even with coil-overs you'd still need the Superlift knuckes and a differential drop bracket of some sort.

thats what i figured but i dont have money for all that. is there any way to possibly buy longer upper and lower arms and buy stiffer t-bars w/ longer keys? and for the rear i believe i could buy a shackle or do blocks
