codes and surge

ive had a constant headach with my 93. the other day it would hardly run so i took it to my local mechanic, the codes he got were; 335,157,176,211,332 he said that the timing was off 10deg. so he reset it. what are these codes? i thought it said in my repair manual (which was sitting on my front seat when i dropped it off and is now missing) the truck does idle better and seems to run a little better but still has a surge aorund 2500rpm and when i first take off its like its not getting enough fuel to accelerate...

335-O) EGR feedback signal is/was out of range - EVR or PFE

157-(R,M) Mass Air Flow signal is/was low or grounded - MAF

176-(M) Oxygen sensor not switching - system is or was lean Left or Front HO2S - Fuel control

211-(M) Ignition PIP signal was erratic or missing - Ignition Systems

Was there any change after he set the timing?

Throttle Position Sensor, if it has one?

Bad ground?? Aren't these all on the same circuit?

not much change, he cleaned the spout connector he said it was corroded and after the cleaning it was reading everything better.

so looking at the codes where do u think i should start? egr valve? ive cleaned the maf, and the truck only has 76000 miles.
