Need a little help here. I have googled my as* off and can't find a whole lot on this code besides the definition: Evaporative Emission Control Pressure Sensor High Input. Using my Ford shop manuals I can't see to find anything referencing a fuel tank pressure sensor which most posts say the problem is. The vehicle runs fine but light bugs the hell out of me though. Anyone know where to begin?

Thanks in advance for your help!

Anybody have any thoughts to the question above. I am still looking for an answer. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks again!

P0453 Fuel Tank pressure sensor HIGH

Check the Harness going to your sensor. Make sure the wires are good. Charcoal canister can be clogged up. The sensor itself can be bad. Sensor is located on the top of the fuel tank. Hope this helps I have a whole diagnostic if your interested that gives a step by step flow chart, whilst checking voltages and stuff :3gears:

I had to throw this smily in here just caus I like the way it looked :)
