I ran the check engine test and got codes

67-Transmission Manual Lever Position (MLP) sensor circuit - Transmissions
(M) Intermittent Park Neutral Position (PNP) sensor fault - PNP

22- MAP (vacuum) or BARO signal out of range - MAP

41- (R) System lean - Fuel control
(M)System was lean for 15 seconds or more (no HO2S switching) - Fuel control

Should I just replace the tps sensor and the map sensor?
Truck idles low and hesitates at low rpm

do you have A/C in this truck?? was it on during the testing /code read? If so, it may explain the #67...if no to the A/C, then it is the safety neutral switch.

regarding the #22 replace the MAP sensor....and then retest...it maybe tripping the 41?

Check the vacuum lines/intake seal locations also - I had a vacuum leak that caused my computer to throw a code 41. MAP uses vacuum to sense what the engine is doing. Symptoms were high idle at start up and it slightly intermittently "popped." Search this forum for checking the TPS for instructions on checking if there is a problem there.

Edit:
So I've been trying to set my tps using the idle screw. that page says to line it up with .91 but for some reason mine has a 3 before it. I left the vehicle off with key in on position then tested the tps, I was at about 3.84 so I backed it out to 3.91 but now the truck barely even idles and does not run very good. Did I test the sensor wrong or is the sensor busted?

Something is not right here. I would check that the reference voltage is 5 volts, and if there's a positive reading on the signal to the computer when the connector unhooked from the TPS sensor itself (is there a short somewhere?). If everything checks out, verify that it's installed on the throttle body correctly. If everything checks out, it's possible that the sensor is done, but usually they go "dead" in spots as opposed to what you're seeing. Did you use the battery or TPS sensor ground when you checked this?
