Code 159?

I'm working on a truck for a friend after another mechanic messed it up. Its a 1989 Ford Ranger with a 2.3l 4cyl manual trans. The ignition module was shot so I replaced that and now I'm trying to fix the codes it has. I get a code 159 with the KOEO test and that points to the MAF sensor but I dont see a MAF sensor on this truck? Did these engines have one?

I found the problem the other mechanic put a computer from a 94 mazda in the truck and thats why its throwing codes for a maf the 89 didnt have one and the 94 did. I'm surprized it actually ran with that computer in it.
