hey, i've working on bleeding my clutch fluid on my truck and ive must of done the process about 20 times and im still getting bubbles. yes im making sure that the resevoir is always full since they never put a bigger size one on. so my question to the big boys is, what could possibly be the problem. oh the other thing is that im doing it old school and hooked up a hose from the bleeder to a jar and have fluid in it to see the bubbles :shok:

-when the fluid is free of bubbles tighten the bleeder screw
-slowly depress the clutch pedal to the floor and hold, then loosen bleeder screw to force out air
-tighten bleeder screw
-depress clutch slowly 5 times wait 2 seconds at the top of each stroke
-fill revisor if air is still trapped repeat.
Good luck:icon_thumby:
