I have a 94' 3.0 4X4 and my clutch pedal goes from stiff as hell to mushy. Either way the truck does not move. I can put it into gear with the pedal engaged or disengaged. Would this be my slave cylinder, master cylinder, presure plate..????? Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Jeff

your best bet is to have someone push down the pedel with the truck not running and the wheels blocked i think theres a rubber plug you can take out to see inside the bellhouseing and watch the slave cylinder if theres no movement then its either the master cylinder or your slave cylinder , if theres movement then it can be your throwout bearing or your clutch presure plate , and good luck :icon_thumby:
