I found a couple different clutch companies that offer clutch kits for the ranger. Obviously, there is Centerforce, but also Ram, and a company called Spec. Prices are negligible, but I want a clutch to last for awhile, and be strong. Anyone have a preference?

I put a centerforce dual friction in my 03 4.0l. Once it broke in the clutch smoothed out a lot as far as usage. It's lighter than the stock clutch was and grabs like crazy. It's not as hard to slip as a lot of reviews would have you believe, but when you're not trying to slip it, it grabs and won't let go. I honestly think its the best clutch in the market. I've raced it, taken it off road, and use it as a DD. and this clutch has worked like a charm in every situation.

I've used the regular Luk clutches and have no complaints whatsoever.
