clutch line blew off

So I was driving home from the trails yesterday when all of a sudden my clutch pedal got completely stiff and I could shift gears. So I jumped under my truck and realized the clutch line blew off the slave cylinder. When I went to reconnect it I saw that the stupid plastic clip was missing. So to get to my question I have what Im pretty sure is a 1998 fivespeed m50d-r1(I can't remember the age of the truck I pulled it out of) and I was wondering if I could just buy that plasitc clip or use a 1997 clutch line. Any help at all would be great

They are all the same. Take the clip off another one. Any year will work.
