So my TO bearing took a dump on me Wednesday, I knew it was going out but all my good parts weren't gonna be here for another two weeks (Thanks, economy shipping!) so I had to go to Advance Auto and buy the parts there to get the truck going. Long story short I get everything replaced, bust up the clutch pedal push rod ($75 for a new MC kit), ripped a terminal off the starter ($100)........so it's been a hell of a weekend.
I cannot get the clutch hyd line to go in the new slave cylinder. No matter how much I push on the damn thing, it just doesn't go. This slave is not prebled- I'll have to bleed it myself (after I figure out how to get the damn hydraulic line to go in it like it should...
This is the slave I bought: http://shop.advanceautoparts.com/p/...P?searchTerm=clutch+slave+cylinder#fragment-1
I'm aware it's junk, but it'll work long enough for me to get my OEM parts- If I can figure out how to get the f***ing hydraulic line to snap in.
UGH. Help a brother out. Much thanks.
