Everytime I drive my truck, I smell what smells like clutch burning. Could my clutch be slipping and/or glazed? If it's glazed, can I do anything to get rid of it?

if it's slipping you'd know it. lots of gas and not much forward momentum. by the time you get everything apart to check it, might just as well put in a new clutch, pressure plate, and throw out bearing. and swap out the slave while you're in there as preventative medicine.
just my $.02.
