i put on my steering stabilizer the other week. no problem. well in the past week when i turn my wheel hard passenger, i get a clunking, especially in reverse. its even gotten to a clicking when im driving and do a hard right turn.

havent had the chance to check it out much other than to see that the tire is clearing everything. could this be related to my steering stabilizer?? if so ill just take it off or adjust it.

my joints in the front end are getting worn in the front end also as i noticed the other month when i put it in 4x4 i had clunking and slight metallic noises from the joints. could they be related and its just getting progressively worse?

I don't know what I'm talking about but sounds like the the add-on part is causing all the worn-out suspension to complain......LOL

thats what im wondering. i mean maybe its just a coinsidence, but i find it kinda wierd that i just start noticing this about a week after i installed the stabilizer.

I would tend to say the same that it is making all the old parts complain. I would check out your tierod ends and make sure you are not about to loose your stearing. I remember once putting one on with not enough length in one direction and it did the same thing. Turn your wheel lock to lock and make sure the stabilizer does not bottom out, you may not have it in the center of its travel.

grab your tires with the rig jacked up and shake the tire from top to bottom and look at the ball joints for play, if the tire moves and the bj's dont the wheel bearings are going bad. also have a friend grab the tire on the left and right side and shake it while u watch the tie rod stuff for play. more then likely its the pass side inner...they tend to go out on the regular
