clunk shifting into 4 low and back

My transfer case makes a loud clunk going from 4h to 4 lo and back again. Just switched transmissions and rear end. Truck was not making clunk before the swap. Everything sat for almost a year.
any suggestions?

are coming to a complete stop when u shift it into low.

yes complete stop
it does it back and forth so not sure why

I'm more surprised that it didn't do it before the swap too. It's normal and Ford even has a TSB on some of the vehicles stating that it is normal. I wouldn't worry about it.
