ok im going to start from the top and see if i can get a good anser this time. i bought my 1997 ranger as a half bilt project rig. the kid swaped out the trani in thr truck and replased the cluch and slave silinder.(so he told me) i needed to replace the line from the master to the slave. when i did that i polled the master and floid res out of the truck. wiel i had it out i gravidy bleed the half of the sistom. when i put it back in and hucked the line up to the slave i hoped to graveidy bleed the rest of the sistom being that i was the only one there to work on my truck. i have floid flowing throw the hole shabang and when i crack the bleeder on the slave, fluid flows threw. but i still have a soft pedel?? do i need to have some one pump the cluch wiel i bleed it like on brakes or did i do something rong?? or mabe is there a nother way to do this. thanks for any help you can give me.

do you even look at what you are typing when you post? spelling and grammar go a long way in getting replies from people. That being said, this post was marginally better but not much. you need to remove the master cylinder firewall point the bottom of it up and bleed the system that way.

I just put a new clutch in my truck and we pumped it up and bled it just like the brakes and it worked fine so i think it'd be worth it for you to try.

Yes, you need to have someone pump the pedal a number of times, then hold it in. Then you open the bleeder, let any air bubbles come out, then close it. Repeat a number of times.

If that does not help, you may need to unbolt the master and tip it up, and it do it that way, as previously suggested.
