Clicking and Dead!

Hey guys i installed a new water pump, spark plugs and cable on my truck, it was running great for a day or so but yesterday i started hearing a clicking noise coming from the engine.. i figured it was the fan hitting somthing but it wasnt it was coming from the engine itself. before i started making that sound the THEFT light stayed on then flashed on and off and finally stayed off but this morning i tried turning it back on and it was completely dead.. i have jumpstarted twice now but as soon as i turn it off and try turning it bak on its completely dead... I really dnt hope on of the spark plugs broke off inside the engine..

check this thread and see if these are your symptoms

3.0L Camshaft Position Sensor & Syncronizer

to make sure it isnt, with the engine off try to spin the engine crank by hand. if the engine spins you are in luck it something else but if it dont spin.... you need A new engine

It's not really a squeak it's definitely a click, I took the belt off and noticed the grooves go messed u... My guess right now is the it out popping in on out of the grooves on the pulley...
