In the middle of my SAS on my B2 and I just rolled the EB D44 under the truck and Im wondering about the clearance with the engine cross member.

Are you other SAS guys trimming the cross member up some or not? Have any pix if so?

shit.....I was so mad you would not sell it to me I neglected to keep up....

if I were you I would make a custom removable k member.

but the eb axle requires you to trim.

I would hack the shit out of it and weld some stock in for a new lip unless you go custom.

Whats your current offer? lol

1200.....frame and cab.

you are using the stock arms that come with the axle? are you tucking the arms under and inboard the frame rails with custom mounts? or just bolting it in?

on bolt ins without bending the arms and stock buckets you have to offset the shocks with a bolt and spacer..

with your setup I am not sure how that will shake out. its pretty well done though.

Im using everything from James Duff. The arms are Duff long arms for early Broncos. I bought every suspension part they sell for this swap.

Thought you seen all this in my build thread?

I cut the hell out of the back of the cross member, left the front, that's with a narrowed HP 44. No issues even with a healthy 351w

I chopped off the bottom lips and boxed it in with a piece cut from the skid plate.

I did the same thing seems to be holding fine for me
