Its been about over a month since I got to clean her new car up. I let her take ol' Red to work as I washed her car up. Started with a nice wash with Megiars Deep Crystal wash, followed by a drying twice, then waxed it with Auto Glym High Definition Wax, then vacuumed and conditioned all the leather seats and detailed interior with Meguiar's Natural Shine. Then shined the tires with tire shine (cars are the only thing I use tire shine on). Turned out pretty nice! Man it was dirty:

Dirty on the left, clean on the right:

I wanted to wash it in driveway, but I have a small leak in the spigot that I have to fix this week. But this way I could pull under the shade tree to wax and vacuum.

Nice job. :icon_thumby:. Now do you want to wash and wax my Ranger? :D I haven't washed mine in a month and it has been through severly storms.

Looks good. I like the Fusion quite a lot! Your wife is lucky to have an on-site detailing crew to work on her ride.

I made the mistake of washing and waxing my wifes car once... Now she expects me to do a lot of things around the house..:icon_twisted:

You know Dixie, if my Ranger "accidentally" ended up getting cleaned by you I don't think I would mind:D

nope :D I need to wax mine, its been since September since I done mine, but water still beads. That was first time using the Auto Glym wax and I LOVE it!!!

That's my problem man lol. she expects me to wash it. It was funny, the day she bought it she asked if I would wash it. i asked "didnt the dealer wash it?" She said "yeah, but i want your treatment" haha

not the first person to say that! I take pride in washing and waxing my vehicles. stay tuned for my truck pictures in a few days

That wax is good stuff. I was pretty upset when the local Pep Boys stopped carrying it. Only saw it once so im glad I picked it up then. Wont be replacing my pinnacle though. Love that stuff.

see, i've got a b2 that would look great waxed... its only been waxed once since i've painted it 4-5 years ago
