Oh yeah ;)

now tape them off and FLAME 'EM!!! black would look good..

^^^^ What he said! Or you could just tape them off and leave them be for a couple months... then remove tap and voila! Flame design right in the oil! :icon_rofl:

Nice!

that should dress the 2.9 very nicely.

You're making me see red man.

Those look fast though.

i painted them that same color on my old b2,, it was badass! haha

Looking good! Anything else under the hood going to get a matching color, to add to the dress-up?

Seeing these reminds me of how I used to tick off the ex......after cleaning parts, I'd bake them in the oven to dry them out....then paint while still warm (not hot). Seemed to make the finish "tougher" somehow. But she never saw the logic in that. Was too busy yapping about the smell. Hey, at least I always cleaned them outside.....

i was actually thinking about doing the headers and upper intake up in blue to go with the red vc.

thought it might look sharp.

also thought about taping them off with an intricate flame pattern and blasting them black, so the flames stick out in red.

Very nice!

I like the idea...It's nice to see the 2.9 getting some love.
