#29 in the interior fuse panel? Probably a 20amp fuse

Maybe we should rename the cigarette lighter. Now, for the 21st century, we'll call it the "Vaping Device Recharging Port"
Fuse 29 , 20amp in cab fuse box, is for cigarette lighter and data port power
Fuse 34, 20amp is for the power point

Probably the best investment you can do electrically/mechanically for your truck... pick up a service manual with wiring diagrams. It will prove itself repeatedly over time.
