Cigarette lighter fuse?

Hello guys , I'm trying to find the fuse for the cigarette lighter on a 2004 ford ranger xlt 4.0. I saw a video that said it was on driver side fuse box , but I dont have a fuse box on that side. Can someone point me in right direction? Thank you

Fuse box is on the passengers side kick panel. Fuse #29. It's a 20 amp.
