Here where I live we have one of the neighbors chickens that will cross the road over and over all day long. So makes me want to ask the question of why does the chicken cross the road? Any thoughts on this?

Anyway just something to think about LOL

Probably trying to get away from becoming Dirtmans next meal.

To get to the other side.

Aside from Chowdah and sushi and BBQ octopus arms, do any of us REALLY know what he eats ?

He posted a pic of a calzone a while ago.

When I lived in south Georgia the neighbors chickens would cross the road to get bugs and what not in our yard. It was kinda funny to watch the hen waddle over and hop the chain link fence and the chicks following her would just hop through the holes in the fence.

I wonder how many of em were able to get back out of your yard and home ?
Or did you occasionally have chicken for dinner ? ;missingteeth;

I only threatened chicken dinner when the rooster came over and crowed. The others were quiet so no harm.

To social distance

Chickens are incredibly stupid animals, there's no point trying to asign logic to anything they do. I mean its amazing they can even figure out how to breathe and don't just instantly die as soon as they hatch...

But they make good breakfast and are entertaining.

I like the fact they taste good fried. Too bad they don't just come naturally like that in the wild. I know they can be found naturally fried in places like KFC, Popeye's, Bojangles, ect.
But have never seen a fried one in the wild.
