Chevy 63" U-Bolt Size

I used stock length ones. If your spring pack is just as thick as the chevy pack you'll be fine!

Don't 4x4 F150's have a 31 spline 8.8 in them? so i could use the stock u bolts on my 8.8 with a stock block and the Chevy's right?

Mine werent long enough. My chevy pack is twice as thick as the ranger one. I just measured how long I needed and went to a farm store that has the u-bolts and got the one closest to what would work.

well i have the overload removed and only 3 leafs in the pack. I believe i should be fine with some 4x4 f150 ones and i can get them at pull a part for $3 apiece.

I have 5 total and that includes the over load too plus running the factory lift blocks. I didnt know it at the time but when I had got them, they were the 3/4 ton ones.

My chevy leaf pack is 2.5" with the overload (3 leaves and overload)
my ranger pack with overload is 1.5" (2 leaves and overload.)
the chevy overload is 3/4" thick.

4x4Junkie, Sasquatch any of you guys know for sure if the f150 u bolts will work? wanna go get some at the JY today at noon..Thanks!

U bolts from an f150 with the 8.8 in it will fit, as long as the length of them will work for you. I'm using the upper plates from a 1998 f150....might even be the U bolts from the same truck now that I think of it....
