im not sure if i posted this in the right section but here goes. ive got an 83 ranger 4cyl 4spd with dual tanks. ive noticed that if i run on my front tank (which the gauge doesnt work) the gas from my rear tank will go into the front tank. i did some research and it seems like it could be a bad check valve which i think is connected to the fuel pump inside the tank? i just want some verification on this because a cant find it on autozone or any other parts catalog online. also would the gauge not working, seeing as it could be a bad sending unit, have anything to do with this cross flow? thanks in advance, arren.
