Check engine after warm up :S

Hey guys im new to the forum, but have been reading here for awhile now, ive got a question about my 89 ranger 2.3L, it throws a check engine after warm up, and sometimes after a few miles of driving. It also idles high when i come to a stop, then it slowly idles back down, im thinking either TPS, o2 sensor, or vacuum leak...Can someone point me the right direction. Thanks!

bump.. I have no way to run it with diagnostics, the pigtail is broken.. :S
