Hey I've been gone a few months and the other day one side of my right rear spring shackle snapped my dad welded it back together but now the other side of that shackle is bent and cracking. So I was wondering what place was the cheapest to but new shackles from? my original hopes were to get lift shackles but right now I just need new ones cuz I cant afford to be down my truck right now I need it for work so the lift has to wait. So any help you guys can offer would be greatly appreciated :)

I got my stock shackles at auto zone but I can't remember how much they were. I do know that auto zone does have the Chevy drop shackles for 35 bucks

Ok thanks. Unfortunately no i have a bigger problem then the shackle. I lost a wheelstud yesterday :/

4 is enough to get you around for a little while unless you are hauling a load. Smart cars have 3 lug nuts...

Ya my sisters car IATA have 3 atta 4 studs lol. I got a set of belltechs should you need. I mean I tried to sell to a member but he never got back to me. This was like 2 months ago. I ordered 2 sets by accident. I also have stock shackles with about 3k miles on em still got ford sticker on em from dealer. 20 for stock or 30 belltechs if you want. Obviously you gotta reuse your bolts.

Im on 3 outta 5 and she is making some really nasty noises. I gotta help my ex move so Im gonna be hauling shit since her bfs rangers tranny shit the bed. And Bilzy I think that may have been me sorry bout that :( my phone got shut off and I got kicked out so no interwebs. Im living at my dads now and need it fixed this weekend so looks like auto zone is eating my paycheck :/

$30 shackles and $5 in studs should get you back in business

Im gonna just buy a new rotor since it appears the studs are in the rotor and that hopefully fix's the deathly sounds coming from that area. Im basically do a brake overhaul and replace the shackle at the same time because I get paid in a few days
