If you want to regear the stock axles, that is pretty quick and cheap. I am currently working a deal for one of my sets of stock 7.5"/D28 4:10 LS's but have a second set if you are interested.

I would be interested in this. I really thought it was a quite difficult project to do, which is why I haven't done it yet. How much would you be wanting for it?

I forgot to mention that when the temps get cool I feed it underhood air. When it gets cooler outside the air underhood is pretty cool.

Ok, so i got the NKG plugs, but everything else i stuck with stock. I couldn't see paying double for wires, i doubt the difference in performance would be worth the price.

ok, now take those NGK plugs back to the store that sold u them and go get whats supposed to be in it, only autolites or motorcrafts, theres no such thing as a "performance" sprake plug for a 2.9, if ANY difference does occur itll be a decrease from what it should be

i have never had any problem running a 2.9 at 14deg with premium, it does make a noticable difference. i also usually pull the intake off them, the flow characteristics of the upper into the lower is shitty at best, pull them apart, port match them and just smooth them out a little bit and ull be amazed at the difference.

and yes, throttle body from a 87 and computer is a must when ur doing this aswell. make sure u dont have a california computer aswell......thats about all i can think of right now
