Changing torsion bars

Has anyone ever done it to give me some directions? I have dona alot of other suspensions but have never messed w t-bars. My stockers are shot and i want to replace them w some #1s. Is there any special tools, or any tricks i need to know? How long is it going to take, yes i know i will need an alighnment
