changing engine in 99 ranger

i cant find an exact motor replacement im stuck with an 02 motor (3.0)gas u code ,im going to attempt to swap iit with my original 99 (3.0) ffv v code I know i will have to change my manifolds, is there any thing else that i may run into while trying to get this to work any advice would b helpful thx
